Monday Mood

In order to avoid Cooking Dramas, we want to take a special precaution.

You might think that having all the ingredients at hand is enough to successfully cook your 5 star Michelin masterpiece. False.
Hasn’t it happened to you that after marinating 2 kilos of pork overnight, when you’re stuck halfway through the recipe, you realize that the slow cooker to roast it for the following 8 hours isn’t in any of your kitchen cabinets?

Especially you, who just changed home and still don’t know what’s in every drawer and behind every door.
But as we said in the previous article you aren’t alone anymore!

Before ingredients, we will start our recipes with a checklist of the tools you’ll need.
Ready? Let’s start making this Monday great!
Our cook of today is Melissa, one of our favourite food bloggers and designer: her dishes look as awesome as they taste!
Her blog “Break the fast” and Instagram profile will make you drool, be prepared!

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
